1. The email address and a password for each registered team and club
representative are stored in the squash database. This information is required
to provide a secure login account. Additional information may also be stored
(address, telephone numbers etc) only if such information is provided by the
rep.
2. The rep shall have access to this information at
all times, and shall have the ability to change the information stored at any
time.
3. User’s information (including email addresses)
stored by the website shall not be passed onto any third party organization
or company.
4. Team rep email addresses shall not be visible to any other
reps.
